MODEL SELECTION
FIXED PRICE, FIXED SCOPE
We work closely with you to define deliverables, scope, and timeline, and agree a fixed price before work begins. This model provides full transparency and cost certainty for both parties, with no surprises on budget or scope once the engagement is underway.
PROJECT-BASED, MILESTONE-BASED
All phases and milestones are agreed at the start by mutual agreement, with clear deliverables tied to each stage. Nothing moves to the next phase until the current one is reviewed and approved.
STAFF AUGMENTATION AND TEAM EXTENSION
Scale your team and fill specific skill gaps without the long-term commitment of a permanent hire. Microsoft-certified Dynamics 365 consultants work alongside your team, under your direction, for a specific project, workstream, or time period.
DEDICATED RESOURCE AND MANAGED TEAM
A named team working exclusively on your Dynamics 365 environment on an ongoing basis. The team composition is agreed upfront and remains consistent: the same developers, the same functional consultants, the same accountability structure.
TIME AND MATERIAL
Work billed on an hourly basis against an agreed rate card. Scope can evolve as the engagement progresses, with work prioritized and reprioritized based on your needs at each stage.

| Best for | Organizations with a defined set of requirements that want a predictable investment from day one. Typical use: a single Business Central or Finance and Operations implementation with a clear scope and go-live date. | Multi-phase projects where the full scope is known upfront but investment needs to be validated in stages. A phased rollout across multiple entities, or a complex migration followed by a separate customization phase. | Organizations that need specialist depth in AL development, X++ customization, Power Platform, or functional module expertise. Also used by Microsoft Partners who need to extend their bench for a project without adding headcount. | Organizations with a continuous development roadmap that need consistent, accountable capacity without the overhead of permanent headcount, taxes, insurance, or benefits. | Evolving engagements where full specifications are not defined upfront, including post go-live enhancement pipelines, exploratory development, and Copilot Studio agent builds where requirements emerge through iteration. |

How We Deliver Every Engagement
Every engagement follows the same seven stages. Nothing is built until the Solution Design is signed. Nothing goes live until UAT is signed off.
Stage 1 — Discovery
Scope, gaps, and integrations confirmed before build begins.
Stage 2 — Solution Design
Full solution blueprint signed by you before build begins.
Stage 3 — Build and Configure
Sprint-by-sprint delivery with your sign-off at every sprint.
Stage 4 — Data Migration
Minimum four validated runs. You sign off before each run advances.
Stage 5 — Testing and UAT
Three-layer testing built from your actual business processes, not a demo.
Stage 6 — Go-Live
Checklist-driven cutover with rollback plan ready before go-live is declared.
Stage 7 — Hypercare
Daily check-ins, two-hour critical response, named contact until you are stable.
Frequently Asked Questions.
Every scope of change is documented, costed, and signed by both parties before work begins. Nothing is absorbed silently or billed retroactively.
The project manager and lead consultant named in your Project Charter deliver your project from start to finish. If a change becomes unavoidable, you are notified in advance.
Daily check-ins, same-day issue triage, a named support contact, and two-hour critical response time. The length and terms are agreed in your project plan before go-live.
Data migration runs as a dedicated workstream from day one, with a minimum of four validated cycles before go-live. It is never a last-minute activity.
No. We work with organizations at every stage, including post go-live support, system enhancements, NAV to Business Central migration, AX to Finance and Operations migration, and legacy CRM modernization. For organizations already live on Dynamics 365, we also offer SLA-backed L1, L2, and L3 managed services with no requirement to have been an original implementation client.
