About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Technical Consultant to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves working closely with functional consultants, architects, developers, and clients to deliver secure and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Build and customize Canvas and Model-Driven Apps based on functional requirements.
- Develop complex workflows, automations, and integrations using Power Automate.
- Design and implement integrations with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, Azure, and external systems.
- Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and solutions.
- Develop custom functionality using Power Fx, JavaScript, APIs, connectors, and other appropriate technologies.
- Implement application security, governance, environment strategies, and performance best practices.
- Manage ALM, source control, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and provide production support for Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development or technical consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience developing Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, connectors, and data architecture.
- Experience with Power Fx and familiarity with JavaScript/JSON.
- Understanding of security, governance, environments, and ALM.
- Experience with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-400.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other Azure services.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Power Pages and Copilot/AI capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI and advanced Dataverse solutions.
- Experience working with international/US-based clients.
