About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant to help clients transform business processes through Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The role focuses on understanding business requirements, designing functional solutions, and working with technical teams to deliver effective business applications and automations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and user needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional Power Platform solutions.
- Design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Design and improve business workflows, automations, and approval processes.
- Create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Support integrations between Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other systems.
- Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and provide user training when required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Power Platform consulting, business applications, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Hands-on understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience designing workflows, automations, and business solutions.
- Understanding of data, integrations, and common Microsoft business application patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-200.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, Azure, or Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Power Pages or Copilot/AI capabilities.
- Experience with data migration and system integrations.
- Experience working with international/US-based clients.
