About the Role
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to understand business requirements, design and configure D365 F&O solutions, and support clients throughout implementation and post-go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through client discussions and discovery workshops.
- Translate business requirements into effective D365 F&O functional solutions.
- Configure and support D365 F&O modules based on business needs.
- Conduct fit-gap / fit-to-standard analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical consultants on development and integrations.
- Support data migration, system integration, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Prepare test scenarios, user documentation, and training materials.
- Support clients during deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot business-process-related issues.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O functional consulting, implementation, or support.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and D365 F&O functionality.
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O configuration and functional requirements.
- Experience in requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
- Experience across multiple F&O functional modules.
- Knowledge of data migration and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, or other Microsoft technologies.
- Experience working with international/US-based clients.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
