About the Role
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant to develop, customize, integrate, and support scalable CRM solutions. The role involves working with functional consultants, architects, and clients to deliver reliable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and extensions for Dynamics 365 CE.
- Customize and extend Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
- Build and maintain Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate flows.
- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems using REST APIs and Azure services.
- Implement custom functionality using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Support data migration, system configuration, and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, QA teams, and solution architects to deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and release management using Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and provide post-deployment support.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development and security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse technical development.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# plugin development and D365 CE customization.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and Azure services.
- Understanding of D365 CE data structures, workflows, and security models.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, testing, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management using Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, or other integration services.
- Experience with third-party integrations such as DocuSign.
- Exposure to ERP and enterprise system implementations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience working with international or US-based clients.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
