About the Role
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to understand business requirements, optimize business processes, and configure CRM solutions that align with client needs. The role focuses on functional consulting, solution design, and successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client workshops and gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend suitable Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and other CE applications according to business needs.
- Analyze and optimize CRM processes, including lead management, sales, and customer service.
- Design business workflows, approval processes, and automation using Power Automate.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution design documents.
- Collaborate with technical consultants on customizations, integrations, and data migration.
- Manage functional testing, support UAT, and resolve functional issues.
- Support implementation activities, including deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Conduct client demonstrations, deliver user training, and support solution adoption.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting, implementation, or support.
- Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE applications, particularly Sales or Customer Service.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes and functional solution design.
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Platform capabilities.
- Experience with functional testing, UAT, user training, and implementation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Field Service.
- Experience managing full-cycle implementations, from discovery to go-live.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and Dual-write.
- Exposure to Copilot and AI-powered business applications.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience working with international or US-based clients.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
